“Charming book to encourage children”
“This book is an easy read aimed at early readers and primary school children. The author has a lovely insight into how children think and turns of phrase that will appeal to them. The details of life in rural Africa will be of interest to children anywhere, but more importantly, there is a focus on each person’s worth and on helping each other. This was clearly a deliberate choice by the author, intended to build up and encourage children who feel insignificant. Highly recommended.”
